About Me
I began my career in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) during college, when I completed an internship with the Campus Autism Program at the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire. This experience showed me the meaningful impact ABA can have on young learners and taught me an important principle that continues to guide my work today: building a strong, trusting rapport with each learner is the foundation of effective therapy.
In 2010, I earned my degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis before enrolling in the Simmons College Graduate School. While completing my master’s degree, I worked as a paraprofessional within a public school system and as a counselor in a city recreational program serving adults with special needs.
Since earning my graduate degree, I have had the opportunity to work with individuals with special needs across a variety of settings and with diverse needs. Each experience has shaped my approach to behavior analysis and deepened my understanding of the importance of individualized, compassionate care.
Frenn ABA is a culmination of what I have learned throughout my career. My goal is to bring my experience and expertise directly to families, providing personalized, collaborative care that recognizes each learner’s unique strengths, needs, and goals.
I believe that when we take the time to understand and connect with each learner, we create the foundation for meaningful growth. My hope is to partner with your family to help your learner build skills, gain confidence, and thrive.
